Yunnan Urological Tumor Engineeringand ResearchCenter isacomprehensive platform established to meet the needs of China and Yunnan Province,which focuses onthe majorand fundamentalissues of urological tumors. Based on research findings onmechanism oftumor occurrence, development and metastasis,it aims togradually transform the basic research results into clinical practice andestablish a comprehensive platform adopting new strategies for customized treatment of urological tumors.

Its mainmission includes the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors of urinary system, early diagnosis, intervention and the development of therapeutic means.At the same time,it relies onlocal resources and hasestablished a sample bank of urological tumors byselectingpatients with urological tumors in Yunnan as research objects to screen and identify the high-risk factors of urological tumors in Yunnan. Moreover, the Center aims to provide personalized diagnosis and treatment strategiesto benefit patients with urinary tumors and build a domestic first-classplatform toshare technology and service for urological tumor research in Yunnan Province.
