（Ⅱ）Residence Permit

1. Location for Residence Permit

Downtown city address：No.118,Tuodong road,Guandu district,Kunming city.

Chenggong district address：No.1,Jinxiu street,Luolong block,Chenggong district.

2. Documents Needed

(1) Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors From Overseas

On-campus:coordinator will Register at local police station after report to IES

Off-campus: Register at the local police station or hotel reception

Education Fee Payment

1. submitted education fee payment standard of international students at the beginning of new semester.

2. International students pay education fee in financial department

（Ⅲ）Registration for New Students

1. Sign your name and collect registration steps list in the reception, the first floor of International Education School.

2. Check in dormitory room at the reception, the first floor of Pengyuelou (the dormitory building).

3. Check student’s admission documents（the originals）, copy passport and documents needed in Admission and Student Affair Office(office 409 in International Education School).

4. Collect new student book,student card and stuffs needed in Admission and Student Affair Office(office 409 in International Education School).

5. Complete the registration voucher of residence for visitors from overseas required by local police station, open bank account, physical check-up and residence permit under the help of coordinator or head teacher.

6. Attend opening ceremony of international students

7. Attend entrance education.

（Ⅳ）Medical Insurance

1. coordinators or head teachers submitted international students information form to insurance company at the beginning of new academic year.

2. International students pay insurance fee through wechat,the steps are following:

（Ⅴ）How to reach university?

1. Arrived at Kunming Changshui international airport,you can take taxi to Kunming Medical University(the east campus).After thisyou can entering east campus,turn left and check in Pengyuelou.

2. Arrived at Kunming Changshui international airport,you can take subway to Kunming Medical University(the east campus).At first, you can take route no.6 to Tang zi xiang station(塘子巷站）,，transfer to route no.2 to Huan cheng xi lu station(環(huán)城西路站），transfer to route no.1 to Yi kang nan lu station(誼康南路站).After this you can take taxi or walk to east campus of KMMU, check in Pengyuelou.
