概況

法醫(yī)學(xué)院是全國(guó)最早設(shè)置法醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的9所高校院系之一,。1983年法醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)獲教育部批準(zhǔn)籌建，1984年招生,，1988年成立法醫(yī)學(xué)系,，2002年成立法醫(yī)學(xué)院,。2005年法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)招生。1996年獲批法醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),，2012年開(kāi)始招收法醫(yī)學(xué)博士生,。法醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)2005年獲云南省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，2009年獲國(guó)家級(jí)特色專(zhuān)業(yè),，2019年獲云南省一流本科專(zhuān)業(yè),，2020年獲國(guó)家級(jí)一流本科專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn),。法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)2020年獲校級(jí)一流專(zhuān)業(yè)（扶持）建設(shè)點(diǎn)。2021年,，法醫(yī)學(xué),、法學(xué)兩個(gè)學(xué)科均獲昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)“十四五”校級(jí)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)科資助建設(shè)。

法醫(yī)學(xué)院法醫(yī),、法學(xué)兩個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)現(xiàn)有國(guó)家級(jí)品牌課5門(mén),、省級(jí)品牌課程7門(mén)以及22門(mén)校級(jí)品牌課程，涵蓋一流本科課程,、精品資源共享課程,、課程思政示范課等類(lèi)型。主持完成省部級(jí)教育改革項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),，獲省級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),；獲國(guó)家級(jí)教學(xué)比賽特等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)及優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),，省級(jí)教學(xué)競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),、二等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)。

教學(xué)設(shè)施優(yōu)良,，擁有功能齊備,，集教學(xué)、科研及司法鑒定服務(wù)為一體的實(shí)驗(yàn)室,，包括法醫(yī)病理實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、法醫(yī)物證實(shí)驗(yàn)室、DNA分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、法醫(yī)臨床學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、法醫(yī)毒物分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室、法醫(yī)人類(lèi)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、大鼠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化行為實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、毒品濫用研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室、模擬犯罪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、模擬法庭,、智慧教室等。學(xué)院是云南省研究生教育創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)基地,、云南省人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū),，建成公安部、省公安廳,、州市公安局,、區(qū)縣公安局四級(jí)法醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地11個(gè)，構(gòu)建了由法院,、衛(wèi)健委,、律師事務(wù)所,、醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)管理部門(mén)等構(gòu)成的醫(yī)法協(xié)同的法學(xué)實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地6個(gè)，已成為云南省高等法醫(yī)學(xué)和法學(xué)人才培養(yǎng),、科學(xué)研究和司法鑒定社會(huì)服務(wù)的中心,。

近十年，學(xué)院獲各級(jí)各類(lèi)科研項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)119項(xiàng),，其中國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目22項(xiàng),，國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題2項(xiàng)，省科技廳及省科技廳-昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)聯(lián)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)40項(xiàng)（含重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),，杰出青年培育項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)）,、省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)、教育廳科研項(xiàng)目36項(xiàng),；國(guó)家衛(wèi)健委毒品依賴(lài)和戒治重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開(kāi)放課題等8項(xiàng),，省衛(wèi)健委委托項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)。

學(xué)院師資優(yōu)良,，現(xiàn)有教職工46人,，其中：正高級(jí)職稱(chēng)6人、副高級(jí)職稱(chēng)21人（占教師總數(shù)的58.69%）,，博士19人,，博士在讀7人，博士生導(dǎo)師3人,，碩士生導(dǎo)師22人,。法醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)為云南省優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)，云南省博士研究生導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì),；法學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)為校級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),。學(xué)院是云南省法醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)教指委主任委員單位，有教育部教指委委員1人,。團(tuán)隊(duì)中有享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專(zhuān)家1人,、司法部新時(shí)代最美法律服務(wù)人1人、云南省教學(xué)名師1人,、云南省卓越青年教師1人、云南省教學(xué)研究先進(jìn)1人,、云南省師德標(biāo)兵1人,，有云南省中青年學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人及后備人才4人，昆明市中青年學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人及后備4人,。此外,，有檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)國(guó)家級(jí)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定評(píng)審員4人、省級(jí)10人,， CNAS認(rèn)可評(píng)審員和技術(shù)評(píng)審專(zhuān)家3人,，省司法鑒定協(xié)會(huì)專(zhuān)家?guī)斐蓡T17人,，多名教師兼任人民監(jiān)督員、聽(tīng)證員,、人民陪審員,、特邀調(diào)解員。1人被評(píng)選為云南司法行政系統(tǒng)“十二五”十佳優(yōu)秀司法鑒定工作者1人獲得司法部“最美法律服務(wù)人”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào),。

學(xué)院以“人才培養(yǎng)為根本,，立足云南，面向全國(guó),，服務(wù)政法,，保障基層”為辦學(xué)思路，堅(jiān)持“培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì),、能力強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用型高級(jí)法醫(yī)學(xué)和法學(xué)人才”為目標(biāo),，始終堅(jiān)持與公安聯(lián)合辦學(xué)模式，創(chuàng)建了具有鮮明特色的人才培養(yǎng)模式,，2012年作為云南高校唯一模式入選教育部校院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)人才典型案例(全國(guó)共20例）,。成立專(zhuān)業(yè)以來(lái)法醫(yī)學(xué)院培養(yǎng)了本科生2937名；十年來(lái),，培養(yǎng)碩士生172人,，博士生18人。畢業(yè)生獲得眾多的榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),，其中有全國(guó)公安二級(jí)英模3人,，一等功13人次，二等功20余人次,，三等功200余人次,；榮獲全國(guó)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、全國(guó)五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)?、全?guó)先進(jìn)工作者,、全國(guó)三八紅旗手、全國(guó)人民滿意的公務(wù)員,、全國(guó)百佳刑警,、全國(guó)巾幗建功標(biāo)兵、全國(guó)特級(jí)優(yōu)秀警察,、最美基層公安民警,、全國(guó)公安優(yōu)秀刑警、全國(guó)檢察機(jī)關(guān)公益訴訟取證能手等國(guó)家級(jí)榮譽(yù)30余人次,。

內(nèi)設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)

法醫(yī)學(xué)院下設(shè)黨政辦公室,、教學(xué)管理辦公室、學(xué)科科研及研究生管理辦公室、學(xué)生工作辦公室,、團(tuán)委等五個(gè)管理機(jī)構(gòu),，法醫(yī)學(xué)、法學(xué)兩個(gè)教學(xué)系及昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)司法鑒定中心,。

昆明醫(yī)科大學(xué)司法鑒定中心作為云南省司法鑒定協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)單位和昆明市司法鑒定協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)單位,，是集人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù)于一體的云南省最具學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)威性的司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu),。是司法部指定的法醫(yī)臨床司法鑒定人轉(zhuǎn)崗培訓(xùn)基地和云南省司法鑒定繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)基地,。2009年云南省首家通過(guò)中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家認(rèn)可委（CNAS）認(rèn)可，2014年云南省首家獲得國(guó)家級(jí)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定（CMA）,，2019年成為司法部遴選的云南省唯一的公民非正常死亡法醫(yī)鑒定機(jī)構(gòu),。

The School of Forensic Medicine is initiated in 1984. The KMMU was one of the 9 universities which set up forensic medicine discipline firstly in China. The Department of Forensic Medicine was established In 1988, and the School of Forensic Medicine in 2002. In the same time, we established Discipline of Law in 2005. In 1996, the Discipline of Forensic Medicine was approved offering a master's degree of forensic medicine, and began tooffer doctoral degree of forensic medicine in 2012.  

Currently, the School of Forensic Medicine offers undergraduate  and graduate programs, including the Bachelor's Degree of Forensic Medicine, the Bachelor's Degree of law, the Master's Degree of Forensic Medicine,andthe Doctor's Degree of Forensic Medicine. At present, there are about 600 studentsenrolled in the school including 60 graduate students.

Forensic medicine discipline was awarded the key construction discipline of Yunnan Province in 2005, the national characteristic discipline in 2009, the first-class undergraduate discipline of Yunnan Province in 2019, and the national first-class undergraduate discipline construction site in 2020. In 2021, the disciplines of forensic medicine and law were funded by KMMU for the construction of key disciplines during the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan".

There are 5 national brand courses, 7 provincial brand courses and 22 school level brand courses in forensic medicine and law of the school.

The school has excellent teaching facilities and fully functional laboratories for teaching, scientific research, and judicial expertise services as well. The school is a joint-training base for postgraduate education innovation and an experimental area for talent training innovation in Yunnan Province. It has 11 forensic practice teaching bases which were cooperation with Provincial Public Security Department and has 6 law practice teaching bases.

The school has excellent 46 staff members, including 6 professors, 21 associate professors, 19 hold doctoral degree, 3 doctoral supervisors and 22 master's supervisors for postgraduate programs.

The school is composed of the Department of Forensic Medicine, Department of Law, General Office,TeachingManagement Office,the Discipline, Research, and Postgraduate Management Office, and Student Affairs Office. The school also administrates the Judicial Center of Kunming Medical University.

The Judicial Center was recognized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R.C (CMA). The Judicial Center offers forensic expertise services for the public including all areas of forensic medicine, and has a good social reputation for excellent professional service.

The specific research fields of forensic medicine including the neurotoxicity of drug abuse and its mechanism, craniocerebral injury and its mechanism, mechanism of sudden unexpected death, genetic polymorphism of Yunnan ethnic minorities and forensic identification, genetic polymorphism and pathogenesis of schizophrenia, the mechanism of alcohol abuse, and much more.

In the past ten years, the staff of school has won 119 scientific research projects, including 22 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), 2 subprojects of national key research and development program, 40 projects of provincial science and technology department and Kunming Medical University joint projects, 8 provincial philosophy and social science research projects, 3 projects of the key laboratories of drug dependence and abstinence of the National Health Commission.

The school has madesignificant progressin the area ofinternationalexchange andcooperation. It has launched inter-institutional academic partnerships andcooperation with medical schools and institutions fromdifferentcountries, such as the United States of America, Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Japan and Thailand.
