科研方向與主要成績
利用小鼠遺傳、類器官模型,,研究成體干細(xì)胞命運決定機(jī)制,,并發(fā)展類器官培育新策略。以第一/通訊作者身份于國際權(quán)威期刊Cell Research,、Nature Communications、 Advanced Science,、Protein & Cell,、Developmental Cell等發(fā)表系列性研究論文,為再生生物學(xué)發(fā)展提供重要基礎(chǔ),。代表性研究成果獲Nature News專訪報道,、Nature官網(wǎng)主頁高亮,,獲國際權(quán)威綜述期刊Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology、Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology等高度評價,。
致力于推進(jìn)類器官技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,,開拓醫(yī)藥應(yīng)用新場景。2018年創(chuàng)立復(fù)旦大學(xué)類器官中心,;主編或參編“十四五”國家重點研發(fā),、國家博士后創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、上海市重點,、廣東 省重點等多個類器官重點專項項目指南,;牽頭制定類器官培養(yǎng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范;主筆類器官臨床應(yīng)用中國專家共識,;主辦年度類器官高峰論壇,;促進(jìn)藥審藥評鼓勵意見出臺。多維度打造類器官產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化和醫(yī)藥應(yīng)用行業(yè)新生態(tài),。
