研究方向

近年來借助生物信息學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)的研究方法,深入研究了與人類復(fù)雜疾病相關(guān)的biomarker識別,、cfDNA液體活檢的臨床應(yīng)用,、及基因多組學(xué)的分子機(jī)制。成功識別了腫瘤病人與健康個體之間的生物標(biāo)志物差異,,以及不同腫瘤組織來源的差異性,。通過機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了識別腫瘤病人及區(qū)分腫瘤來源的模型,,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)了泛癌的無創(chuàng)早篩,,為廣大腫瘤患者帶來福音。還為臨床監(jiān)控癌癥復(fù)發(fā),、評估藥物耐受性提供了新思路,。如此,液體活檢得以快速,、方便地在臨床實踐中應(yīng)用,,為個體化精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)提供了堅實的理論、算法及實驗基礎(chǔ),。
