研究方向
1、腫瘤細(xì)胞命運(yùn),。研究主要圍繞膳食微營養(yǎng)組分葉酸改變miRNA表達(dá),,繼而介導(dǎo)內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)應(yīng)激通路,調(diào)控結(jié)直腸癌細(xì)胞的各個生物學(xué)過程,,包括轉(zhuǎn)錄因子調(diào)控,、細(xì)胞增殖、凋亡,、自噬,、鐵死亡、遷移和周期改變,。
2,、轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠胚胎腦/脊髓神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞增殖和分化的研究。
